    Hi! I'm hoping to roll in Cape Town. My coach recently visited Renzo Gracie Academy there and recommended it. It's also close to the conference centre.

    Lovely! Would you want to go together on some days? Also, would you want to try some other gyms in addition to the Renzo Gracie Academy?
