In less than a week, the ISMRM MiniHub France will be taking place 11-14 May in Lille, France. We are excited to have you participate in this unique blend of virtual and in-person learning event and look forward to welcoming you.

What to Bring
To help ensure a smooth and productive meeting, please bring the following items with you:
- A phone, laptop, or device with Zoom (pre-installed) and chat capabilities
- Power cord and/or a power bank (European plug Type C adapter if needed)
- Noise-cancelling headphones (ideally)
- A refillable water bottle for your convenience.
Registration
Onsite registration and badge pickup will take place on Monday, 11 May between 08:30 and 10:30 in La Baie, Bazaar St So. If you have questions regarding your registration for the upcoming meeting, please contact Kristina King, ISMRM registrar.
Posters
If you are presenting a poster in Lille that was accepted for presentation in Cape Town, please note that the corresponding talk, pitch, or poster must also be presented in Cape Town. Please bring a printed or electronic copy of your poster. The meeting room wall will be available onsite for display, and a dedicated time has been scheduled for the poster session at the cheese and wine icebreaker on Monday evening.
Meals
Your registration includes morning and afternoon coffee and tea breaks (no food will be provided). Please note lunches will not be provided, so we encourage you to bring your own snacks and arrange social events with your fellow Minihub attendees.

Weather
May in Lille typically brings moderately cool temperatures, with average highs around 16°C (62°F) and lows around 8°C (46°F). We recommend packing layers and a jacket to stay comfortable throughout the day.
Transportation
Lille is uniquely served by two centrally located train stations-Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe-just 500 meters apart. Both are easily accessible by metro, tram, and bus.
The nearest airport to Lille is Lille Lesquin (LIL) Airport, located 10 km from the city. Other nearby airports include Charleroi (CRL) (101 km), Brussels (BRU) (104 km), Beauvais (BVA) (147 km) and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) (185 km).
