    Greetings,We are delighted to invite you all to our second MRI webinar featuring lecturer of National Medical College and Teaching Hospital, Kiran Khadka.

    Title: "MRI Image Contrast & Weighting"

    In this webinar, the speaker will present a talk on MRI contrast and weighting which is essential for accurate differentiating the tissue during MR imaging.
    He will be explaining how tissue properties like T1, T2 relaxation time and proton density is represented on an MR image by precise control of various timing parameters. His talk will also focus on appropriate selection of pulse sequences; such as spin-echo or gradient-echo, to highlight specific tissues or pathological conditions. He will also be talking about use of contrast agents to enhance tissue contrast which important for diagnosis of disease and clinical decision-making in MR.
